Shipping Info

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shippments are F.O.B. St. Louis, MO.

Shipping rates on our website apply to destinations within contiguous
United States of America. Other destinations require additional charges.
Two shipping addresses are allowed per order.
Any additional drop shipments will be charged $ 3.75 each.

While Quinnrecords.net will do everything possible to meet acceptable
delivery dates quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives,
these are only estimated dates of delivery.
The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.

Shipping Method For Merchandise, Accessories and Free Shipping
On $ 50.00 or More:
Need your order FAST? No problem! All in stock orders placed
before 2:00 PM CST are shipped the same day.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from our St. Louis warehouse.
Most orders are delivered 2 business days after being placed.
We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are
out-of-stock.

Orders are shipped regular FEDEX ground. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available
at checkout.
Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur
additional shipping charges.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

International Shipping:
The shipping charges for shipping international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package. The shipping charge is calculated after the Bill To section of the on-line order form is completed. This allows you to review the shipping charges prior to submitting your order.
International orders, which do not fit into a Global Priority Envelope, will be shipped via FedEx.
The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a
particular country. Quinnrecords.net has no control over those charges and they are the
sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
When it is possible, we will ship packages via Global Priority, for a flat rate of $18.95.
Please note, there are weight and size restrictions for this shipping option.
Not all orders will qualify for this method.
If your country's name is not listed in the country selection field on the order form,we do not currently ship to your country.

Return Policy

RETURNS
No restocking fees,
Cut-outs, promos, Full-Length LPs', breached cd's,
special order products, record club are one way
and altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Quinn Records TM.
Claims must be made within 10 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process credits.
CANCELLATIONS
No restocking fees.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
To make a return, e-mail customerservice@quinnrecords.net with your order
number and items you would like to return. We e-mail you back with the
Return Authorization Number along with instructions. Items returned to our
warehouse without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
